HOW TO REGISTER

See you in OXFORD !
The Welcome Desk will open as from Friday 25th September 14H00
and then on all days of the meeting.
You will be able to collect there your badge or register on-site.
Have an excellent meeting and stay in Oxford!

14th September 2009 : Thanks to a schedule change, some more seats are now available for the MAXILLOFACIAL INTERACTIVE session held on SATURDAY 26th afternoon.
If you have already registered as package A or C and wish to attend this session or the craniofacial one (they are concurrent so you cannot attend both), please write to reg@iscfs-distraction2009.com
Please note: seats for the Maxillo session are limited and will be assigned on a first come and first served basis.

Registrations will be considered and confirmed on a first come first served basis.

Access to all sessions and all congress activities is subject to registration.

Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to secure their participation and also to benefit from lower registration fees, wider hotel accommodation choice, interactive sessions and social events availability.

Please note that in order to register online, you need to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), check or bank transfer.

 

2) by fax or post, the hardcopy reservation form here enclosed needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.
All payment methods are accepted for fax and post registration.

Registration requests or changes by phone will not be processed.

 

Upon receipt of your registration and after payment clearance, the Congress Office will email you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing all registration and accommodation details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts.

 

This confirmation letter should be presented upon arrival at the pre-registration desk.

REGISTRATION FEES

3 participation packages are proposed to delegates and trainees who can select the period / length of participation they prefer:

Package A = Distraction & Pre-Congress Symposiums (26th + 27th September 2009)

Package B = ISCFS XIII Congress (28th + 29th + 30th September 2009)

Package C = A+B (26th to 30th September 2009)

Fees include British VAT at 15% (Rate as per December 2008)

- Access to posters and exhibition areas.
- Admission to the Welcome drink (package A and package C).
- Admission to the Congress Reception (package B and package C).
- Congress documents (final programme, congress bag, abstracts publication)
- Lunches, morning and afternoon breaks on days included in the selected package.

PAYMENT METHODS

The ISCFS has given a mandate to MCI for the full organisation of the ICSFS XIII BIENNIAL CONGRESS and DISTRACTION SYMPOSIUM. MCI is the sole competent company to receive payments for this event and to act on behalf of the ISCFS for the whole organisation (conference & exhibition).

All payments must be sent to the Congress Office in EUROS (€) or in POUND STERLING (£), and by the following means:

MODIFICATIONS / NAME SUBSTITUTIONS

For changes in registration, a processing fee of € 30 / £ 28.2 will be charged, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.

All changes must be requested in writing to the Organizing secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax BUT NOT email) to the Congress Office and are subject to the following conditions:
