Rooms have been pre-booked for participants at the Congress hotel and at several hotels in Oxford of different styles and categories.
The Congress Office will be unable to guarantee hotel rooms after July 15th, 2009 however every effort will be made to satisfy even late requests.
Remember: hotels in Oxford are very busy in September!

Please note that in order to book online, you have to do it at the same time as your registration and you need to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
2) by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy reservation form here enclosed needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.
