Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that the presenting author will attend the ISCFS XIII Biennial International Congress/Distraction Symposium and the expectation that financial resources to attend are available. The presenting author must register to the congress, in order for the accepted abstracts to be officially published and included in the meeting programme.
